KIMBERLEY'S POV.

Ari smirked and with speed, left the castle while I watched helplessly as the sword clattered. The sword, unlike other swords which were heavier and more solid, was something very light but according to Daniel when he told me about it, he said when wielded, it became a part of you and was extremely powerful.

I experienced its power that day, the moment Daniel used it, I was swept off my feet and landed painfully on the ground.

Now seeing the sword's power taken away meant only one thing.

We were in danger.

Without thinking, I pushed away from Daniel and after staggering once, took the sword and chased after Ari. Even if it was lifeless, it was still a sword and if possible I would slash him with it.

"Kimberly!" Daniel called but I didn't stop. He called and called my name over again but I ran as fast as I could.

I stopped and began to use the teachings Ari himself had taught me.
