By the time I woke up, it was already dark out and I jumped up almost immediately to see that there was no one at my side.
At the end of the hallway, Nora and Adrian stood speaking to each other.

“No, please tell me she's not dead.”

“She’s not dead. She's in a coma. The doctor said that she's been exposed to the cold so much and after warming her up, she slipped into a coma.”
