She looked familiar.

I knew I'd seen her before but I just couldn't place my mind on where exactly. However, it seems like I was the only one in the room who didn't find her presence bothering me.

Allister, Nora and Adrian all stood very alert looking at her and I could feel the tension in the room very strongly.

“Can I come in?” Her voice was very silent and she sounded fragile.

She's sick, it was obvious from the way she looked so pale and seeing that she had lost so much weight, I'm thinking it's severe.

Also, I could smell that there was something wrong.

I'd never seen Adrian look at someone the way he was looking at her. Gosh, I really need to remember where I had seen her from.
