True colors

THIRD PERSON'S POV

Luther walked through the hallways with his men trolling behind him. He had a fierce look in his eyes and his nerves were twitching with every long stride he took. His black coat danced in the air as a cold breeze wafted through the windows of the hideout.

He took the last stairs that led to the room where he was headed. The door was opened and he walked in, slowing his strides. His men walked in with him, lingering at the door.

Luther squinted his eyes at the manhandled figure lying helplessly in the middle of the room. Going closer to him was the only way he could truly confirm the figure's identity. It was the only way he could tell that the figure was the Pack's doctor.

He was brutally scathed and was barely breathing. Luther figured the man might have tried to put up a fight when he was being captured. Maybe, that was why his men dealt brutally with him, rendering him almost unrecognizable.
