Zira’s POV

My

heart leapt in my chest as I watched the middle-aged man striding towards us.

Despite the guards blocking him, he had easily used his strength and wolf

pressure to push them away.

All my

worries from the last few days felt like they were finally becoming a reality.

“Uncle!”

Ronan cried out in pleasant surprise beside me, and I looked at him, confirming

that he was genuinely happy about the person coming.

“With

me here, none of you is qualified to place the crown on his head,” the man said

with a smile and then turned to look at me. His eyes were warm, and he nodded

at me right after our eyes met.

Other

than me, most of the important people in the room seemed to know him as they

handed him the royal scepter.

I

watched the entranced as item after item was handed over to him until the two

male servants were seen carrying just two boxes.
