Luke's POV

"Agh!"

I woke up suddenly. "What's going on? Why did I suddenly wake up and feel bad?"

I held my chest as if that would get rid of this bad feeling immediately.

I got off the bed and walked towards the window. "The sun hasn't come up yet."

Then, I approached the digital clock in the corner of the room. "Ah, maybe it'll be light in an hour."

But, this bad feeling in my heart made me unable to stay in my room.

I decided to leave the room to alleviate this feeling, even though it was still dark outside.

"Luke!"

Someone called out to me when I was just coming out of the hallway that led to the side garden.

I turned my head and saw the Beta of the Winterblood court standing as he looked at me in surprise.

"What brings you out of your room so early, Luke?" He approached.

I shrugged. "I don't know, I just ...." And I couldn't explain what was raging in my heart.

"Do you need someone to talk to, Luke?" He offered.

I was silent for a moment, but then I nodded slowly.
