The doctor started the operation and delivered twins, in which one was a boy and the other was a girl.
Shaly was all ok after the delivery but the babies were weak because they were delivered just after 6 months, they were not fully developed in the fetus of the mother.
The doctor took the child and shifted them to another ward for special care.
The baby girl was all ok, but the condition of the baby boy was very serious.
There was only a ten percent chance for the baby boy to survive.
The doctor told Noah about the condition of the baby boy.
Noaha got depressed for some time, didn't understand anything but he handled himself and started praying to god for his son.
Noaha asked God, "why are all things happening with him? He is also his son, so why is god behaving like that?"
He controlled himself and went to the room of Shaly to see her.
Noaha told Shaly nothing because she was already weak and he didn't want to make her tense.
Here a nurse who was taking care of that baby boy came to the doctor and told him that the condition of the baby boy was becoming more serious.
Instantly the doctor reached the baby and checked his nerves and heartbeat which was very slow.
The doctor started pressing his chest so that his breath could return but nothing happened.
Slowly slowly his heart stopped responding, and a time came when all parts of his body stopped responding.
The doctor was disappointed!
The doctor came to the Noaha and Shaly and told them very sadly that the baby boy was no more now.
After hearing this, Noaha fell down on the floor, his legs unable to make him stand, and his hand started shivering.
And there is no other family member present there to take care of him and her wife.
He was totally alone and fighting the situation alone and he had to take care of her wife as well.
Seriously, Noaha was very strong!
He went to Shaly and held her hand and told her about the death of his child.
After listening to this news, she couldn't control her emotion
and started to weep by saying" why did you go so soon, you just came."
For Noaha, It is unbelievable that he lost his child for whom he was waiting so eagerly.
But Noah controlled his emotions because he had to handle Shaly as well.

After some time, they both stood by each other's side to support them.
Shaly asked the doctor," I want to meet my son at least once and want to take him in my arms, give him the love of his mother."

Suddenly, She felt that her son took a deep breath!!!
Shaly was shocked and told to Noaha.
Noaha called the doctor instantly and told him about what Shaly felt just now.
But the doctor denied it,they thought she was just assuming because she was in deep pain, and it often happens.
But the baby boy breathed again and held the finger of Noaha in front of the Doctor.
Shaly understood that his son was returning back and she had a chance to make her alive again.
Shaly started to give warmth to her son, Noaha also helped shaly.
The doctor took the child and shifted again to the ward room.
