Keerthi cursed herself in her head. Multiple times.
She was so scared.
What if Vikram was mad at her for not letting him kiss her?
She was terrified now. She was just having fun, pulling her husband's leg. She didn't mind being kissed by her husband. But she wanted to tease him since he too had been teasing her.
But.
What if he was mad at her now?
The thought terrified Keerthi, unwanted tears making appearance.
She had even asked Mala, their maid to leave,so she could herself clean the kitchen,to buy time.
The past few days
Vikram didn't go to bed the whole night. Keerthi saw her husband sleeping on the couch when she woke up to an empty bed. She frowned at his behaviour. They had argued multiple times, but Vikram never resorted to such measures, Keerthi thought sadly. She ran a hand through his hair, letting him sleep,as she made way to the washroom. Vikram woke up to the bath running, wincing when he tried to move his neck. He got up,massaging his neck,as he sat on the couch, flinging his legs over the table in front of the couch. He stood up when he heard the washroom door open. He saw his wife exiting when he was near. They look at each other, each having so much to say but choosing not to.
"Keerthi",Vikram cooed gently, sitting next to his wife. When she doesn't respond, Vikram sighs, pulling the covers down,to come face to face with his wife's pink face, tears running down her cheeks. "What?",Keerthi sniffed,"You don't want to talk right. Be that way." Keerthi mewled in protest when her husband pulled her up into a sitting position. "I was mad at you because you thought I would do something to you if I was angry, not because we didn't kiss", Vikram started out softly. "I was only playing a prank on you,to see what you would do if I was angry. But clearly, you understood differently", Vikram explained, his tone turning bitter at the end.
Vikram woke up to his wife's soft snores, his arm under his wife's neck, which was probably sore now,and the other loosely draped around her waist,on her skin, where her shirt had ridden up,while his wife's hand rested on his chest, his legs locking hers' in between his. Vikram brushed a disturbing strand away, blocking his view, his wife's face. She looked too tempting to leave alone. He looked at the time. Six fifteen. Too early to wake up,even on a week day. He contemplated between letting her sleep and kissing her. At the end,he decided with kissing her softly. He pecked her lips softly,a feather light touch.
Keerthi woke up to a shrill noise. She kept a hand on her heart,it was her mobile ringing. Vikram,it read. "Hello",she answered. "Were you asleep?", Vikram asked, settling on his bed,as he looked at the time. Eleven forty. "No. It's fine", Keerthi said. "What are you doing?",Vikram asked, making himself comfortable as he lay in bed, crossing his legs. "Nothing. Just", Keerthi mumbled. She didn't know why she was so reluctant to talk to him. She was upset with her h
Arvind Verma wanted to wait for his daughter to leave before he dealt with his wife. She had come home after quite some time. He wanted it to be pleasant for her, merely controlling the urge to beat the truth out of his wife. He found it better to see his wife hurt rather than his daughter. He loved his daughter dearly, who seemed distressed to him at the moment. If she wasn't willing to let him help her directly,he would do so indirectly. Keerthi wondered how a person could be so different to two people. He was a great father, picking that something was wrong after conversing for just under a minute with her,but a horrible husband,as she thought of all times he had hurt her mother. She made a quick call to her mother in law, letting Sakshi know of her plans.
Keerthi burst out crying, warm tears cascading her face as she found comfort in the solace of her father's warm embrace, wrapping her arms around her father's waist, the reality of the past few days and her marriage sinking in. Keerthi wasn't an extrovert. She had a lukewarm relationship with her husband, barely making conversation with anyone in the house apart from him. She was okay with him,she could get used to it. But she justcouldn'tbe herself at least half the time. It wassonew and foreign. She felt so out of place every time she sat for a meal with the Rathores. She felt like an outsider, which was true. She was. She only maintained a cordial relationship with them, only talking when necessary. It was only with her husband that Keerthi wa
Vikram dropped on the couch ,exhausted. His decision to stay back in Mumbai for a day to look over the branch details was worth it. It was doing terribly. Vikram's immediate attention was necessary for damage control. He scratched his chest, thinking of a way to pick it up. He put his thoughts aside when he glanced at his watch. He had less than two hours for his flight. He quickly packed , looking around the room if he had left anything, shutting the door behind him. ** Keerthi was eagerly waiting for her husband's arrival. It had almost been two days since she spoke to him
Vikram squeezed his wife's hip,his hands itching to feel the softness of her breasts,to find out if they felt as soft as they appeared, the top of her breasts peeking from her top, teasing him of the full view that was still hidden underneath. He growled, shifting his face to his wife's neck, sucking the side of it,as he pulled her further into him, grabbing her bottoms with both his hands. Keerthi gasped when she felt her husband's hands on her ass. It felt amazing. Keerthi moaned, when their fronts' made contact, her poking nipples were deliciously rubbing against his chest. Vikram groaned, squeezing his wife's ass in his hands as he pulled her up,coaxing her to straddle his hips.
