I nod my head and say, " Maybe, but it smells really good, like lavender and mint. It's even making my wolf react." Bri looks at me and shrugs. "I'm not sure, to be honest, it's just me and Anna around, and she kind of chose to avoid meeting you today." I look at her and ask,"Why would she avoid me?she doesn't know. Me, is she trying to hide something?" Bri " rolls her eyes and sighs. " See, this is the issue she is avoiding you because she heard us the time you insulted her on the phone. She was coming to my room to offer to help me pack, and the door had been opened. So she heard me defending her and the things you said. I don't know if she's not ready to meet you yet because of all you said about her. Also, knowing you like I do, I'd assume you're thinking worse than you're saying about her."
