Why do you authors always have the females ‘running away’ thinking that’s the best thing to do. It’s overdone. These type of female characters are supposedly leaders and strong women. Their mental acuity would not allow them to run. They would have the intestinal fortitude to face it all head on.

It has nothing to do with trust. 18 is old enough to stay and help the people that have been harmed and families that have lost loved ones due to your direct actions. It was cowardly and selfish of Libby to run away rather than face the consequences of her actions.
