313 - Asking help

The windlet who Torfo slipped his letter into was confused when he took his letter from his bag. The address was Shuyen Wall, but he wasn't a border windlet that travels to the border to deliver letter. He couldn't even fly.

But since there wasn't any, that means he could scratch Fire Kingdom from his list of suspects.
