THIRD PERSON's POV

When Judas felt the coldness of the metal grazing the juncture of his neck and shoulder, he regretted not carrying his sword with him. As a king, he was used to being protected right and left. At his small kingdom, vigilant guards were always near, shielding him from any harm. Not that there would be any, as the palace was so heavily fortified that even a fly would struggle to enter unnoticed. In addition, there hadn't been any conflicts with neighboring kingdoms for centuries. With peace so firmly rooted, he had never thought of raising his own defenses.

Nevertheless, even if he did carry the sword with him, there was no guarantee that he could defeat the person standing behind him.

Leaving with no choice, he reluctantly let go of Rosalina and turned to glare at the intruder. "General Garry. I see you appear at bad timing as always," he quipped, glaring at the person dressed in a royal blue mid-thigh-length outer attire and a white undershirt that was secured tog
