“Where are the daggers?” He asks and I tell him it’s hidden under my bed. As I watch Jacob, I see him reach for the daggers I keep hidden under my bed. He holds them tightly in his hands, his fingers wrapped around the hilts. I can see the tension in his body, the determination on his face. I can tell he's preparing to battle those men outside as hard as possible, and I feel a mixture of fear and anticipation. "Jacob, be careful," I say, my voice shaky. He smiles at me, trying to be reassuring. "Don't worry, I've got this," he says. But I can't shake the feeling that something terrible might just happen.

Just as Jacob is about to make a move, my mother stops him. She looks at him with a strange glint in her eyes, and then she speaks. "I have a plan," she says, her voice steady. "We're not going to do anything rash." Jacob seems relieved, his shoulders relaxing. "I'm glad you're here, your majesty," he says, bowing to her. I'm curious about her plan, but I trust her completely. If anyo

Jacob inserts the key into the lock, and the door swings open with a creak. He steps into the cell, calling out Lucien's name. For a moment, nothing happens. Then, slowly, Lucien's eyes flutter open. He glares at Jacob, his expression full of hatred. And then, he grabs Jacob by the neck, his chained hands still strong enough to cause damage. I gasp, my heart racing. Lucien turns to me and my mother, his eyes full of rage. "What do you want from me?" he snarls, his voice full of venom.“Let Jacob go, we’re here to rescue you and you have no right judging my actions because if it’s my way you wouldn’t be living right now”, I say. My words seem to enrage Lucien even more. He laughs, a maniacal sound that sends a shiver down my spine. "You think you can lecture me?" he growls. "You're the reason I'm in this mess. If it wasn't for you, I'd still be the alpha in charge." His grip on Jacob's neck is now so tight, I can hear him gasping for air. Lucien uses his free hand to take the keys fro

I drive the van down the long, winding road, the engine humming softly. The silence is almost deafening, the only sound the occasional swish of the wheels on the pavement. Natasha, Alphana, and Jacob sit stiffly in the back seat, their faces grim. I can't blame them for not trusting me, after all I've done. But it's too late for them to turn back now. I glance at my reflection in the rearview mirror, a cold smile playing on my lips.Natasha speaks up, her voice trembling with emotion. "Where are you taking us?" she asks, her eyes brimming with unshed tears. I glance at her in the mirror, the corners of my lips turning up in a cruel smirk. "There's a safe house on the outskirts of town," I reply, my tone deliberately cold. "My sister and I used to go there to train our werewolf abilities." The mention of my sister brings a wave of sorrow to Natasha's face. She lowers her head, her eyes filled with regret."I'm so sorry about what happened to your sister," Natasha says, her voice hoarse

I stare at Lucien, my heart pounding in my chest. I can't believe he's blaming me for what happened. He's right, of course - if I hadn't betrayed them, he wouldn't have been in danger. But I did it to save my mother, to keep her from being hurt. I didn't think about the consequences, and now I'm paying the price. Lucien's words sting, and I feel a wave of guilt wash over me. The anger inside me is still burning, but it's quickly eclipsed by a sharp pain in my stomach. I let out a small cry, putting a hand on my belly. Everyone rushes to my side, asking what's wrong. I try to reassure them, but the pain is getting worse. "It's the baby," I gasp, my breath coming in short, ragged bursts. "I think it's coming." I can see the fear on their faces, and I try to calm them down. "Don't worry," I say, taking deep breaths. "Everything's going to be okay."“How many months has it been?” My mother asks. “It’s not more than 6 or 7 months now “ I respond honestly. My mother's eyes widen, and she as

I stand on the top of a tree outside my mansion in the woods, peering through my stethoscope. I see Thomas and his men moving around inside my house, which looks like it's been transformed into some sort of base. Jacob, looks terrified. I find myself grinning, my dark sense of humor taking over."Go home if you're too chicken to spy," I say to Jacob, unable to hide my amusement. He shivers, looking at me with wide eyes. "I'm scared of what Thomas will do to us if we're spotted," he stammers. I look down at the mansion, considering our options. "We can't just do nothing," I say, my mind racing. "We need to stop Thomas before he does something terrible." Jacob nods, but he still looks scared. "What can we do?" he asks, his voice barely above a whisper.Suddenly, I spot Aurora walking around the compound, her power radiating from her like a force field. As we walk, Jacob turns to me, a worried look on his face. "What if Aurora recognizes us?" he asks, his voice low and afraid. I can't help but grin. "Then we'll fight," I say, my voice calm and matter-of-fact. He looks at me like I'm crazy, but I just shrug. We round a corner and run into a group of guards, their eyes suspicious. Jacob stiffens, but I meet their gaze head-on, my face impassive. As we walk, I can't help but notice the number of people in the building. There are far more people here than I expected, and they all seem to be up to something. My attention is caught by a glint of silver, and I see a group of men mocking and abusing my maids, Silver being mocked for her age and how slow she is. I'm furious, but I know I can't do anything right now. I can feel my hands balling into fists, and Jacob notices. He whispers to me, "Please don't interfere," his voice urgent and pleading. I stare at Arturo with an icy glare, not a trace of fear in my eyes. I know who he is, what he's capable of. But I'm not afraid of him. I've faced worse, and I've always come out on top. Besides, I have a secret weapon. Jacob, still young and as naive as ever, begins to back away, his eyes wide with fear. But I stand my ground, my face a mask of cold determination. Arturo's eyes narrow, and he asks us, "What are you looking for?" I don't hesitate. "Aurora sent us to deliver some potions to you," I say. His eyes widen in surprise, then narrow again. "Aurora?" he asks, his voice skeptical. I nod. "Yes," I reply, trying to sound confident. "She asked us to deliver these potions to you." He stares at me, his gaze intense. Then, he sighs and says, "Fine. You can leave, but I want those potions dropped over there instead." I nod and grab the potions from where we left them and move it where Arturo pointed. We finally pull up in the house and find Natasha and her mother outside, they have something in their hands “what’s going on, says this?” I ask curiously. “We went into town to get some supplies for Annabella” Natasha answers honestly. I try to tell Natasha that she shouldn't have gone into town, that it was too risky. But she just rolls her eyes and tells me not to be so dramatic. I'm about to argue with her, when I notice the look on Alphana's face. She's clearly worried, and I know she must share my concerns. I sigh, knowing it's no use to keep arguing with Natasha. I just hope we all stay safe.“So what did you guys manage to find out?” Alphana asks as she cradles my daughter in her hands. "It seems that Aurora, Thomas, and Raphael are planning some sort of ritual," I explain to Natasha and Alphana. "They might need the Bloodmoon Stone to complete it." I cringe at the noise and pull my baby closer to me, trying to shield her from the sound. "Why does he have to do that so early?" I mutter to myself. I can feel a headache forming, and I sigh, knowing that it's going to be a long day.I slowly push myself out of bed and make my way to the window. I pull back the curtains, the sunlight streaming in, and I see the scene outside. Jacob and Lucien are shirtless, their muscles rippling as they swing their axes with a practiced ease. The wood they're chopping comes from a stack near the house, and I wonder where they got it. I stand there, mesmerized by the sight, as they work in perfect tandem. There's a shortcut to the temple, and I know it like the back of my hand. It's a winding path that few know about, and it's shrouded in mystery. We need to reach the temple before Aurora does. We're stopped in our tracks by a huge crack in the earth. It's as if an earthquake has split the land in two. I'm about to jump across when Sam appears, teleporting in a flash of light. "This is the advantage of being a witch," he says, a smug grin on his face. "I can just teleport across." I feel a surge of annoyance, but I know he's right. I grin, and I leap into the air with all the strength I have. I feel the wind rushing past me, and for a moment, I feel weightless. Then I land on the other side, my feet hitting the ground with a thud. Jacob is still on the other side, looking at me in disbelief.
