Chapter 98: What About What I Want?

'Alexa, what is going on?' Wayne asked as soon as they got home and the children went into their room.

'What do you mean?' she asked stalking for time. She knew what he meant and wanted to explain everything to him but saying it in the presence of Myles... well maybe it was even better that way. So that she wouldn't have to do it again.

'You know exactly what I mean, Alexa', he said, looking at her with disapproval.
