Chapter 134: Geniuses

Lionel got to school some minutes after Landon and Leigh and the two children were not happy to find that it was someone else and not their father who had brought him to school.

'He promised to pick me up after school', Lionel said, he could barely contain his excitement. 'Mum must have told you the recent happenings?' he asked his siblings.

'You mean about your ill health?' Landon asked. 'Yes, she did and I and Leigh are both glad you are up on your feet again!'

'Thank you', Lionel said. ' but was that the only thing she told you?' he asked in amazement. Mum had promise to tell them all about it. Hope she was not about to change her mind about marrying Dad? he thought.Dad and Mum....' Lionel started.

'Oh, were you asking about their wedding?' Lionel asked and Leigh burst into laughter.

'Landon was pulling your leg ' she said. 'Mum told us everything as soon as she got home and that makes the news we have to share with you even sweeter!' she revealed, looking at Landon for approval.

'
