Castiel’s P.O.V

The hum of Damien's private jet was oddly soothing, a steady vibration beneath my boots as I sat opposite him. He was sipping his usual scotch, cool and composed, as always. For someone about to negotiate with a rival gang, Damien carried himself with the ease of a man walking into a friendly poker game.

I, on the other hand, was anything but relaxed. My shoulders were tense, and I kept my eyes on the window, scanning the clouds as though danger could leap from them. This was my first time playing bodyguard, but with Damien involved, things were always unpredictable.

A week had passed since that incident on the training arena, but after a couple days of recovery, when I had headed back to the training room, there had been an odd hush in the area as soon as I had entered, and for some reason, Felix, the guy who had nearly pounded me to the dirt, had taken a sudden sick leave.

I didn’t need to know the specifics

Damien’s P.O.V I stared at Castiel, my eyes narrowing, something inside me twisting with an unfamiliar, seething rage.It wasn’t like the anger I felt when one of my men made a mistake—no, this was different. This was something deeper, something raw and volatile that seemed to come from a place I didn’t recognize. It was almost like a burning pressure in my chest, too intense to ignore, and I could feel it rising with every second that Castiel’s earlier words kept reverberating in my mind.‘Does that make it okay... for me to fuck someone else?’I clenched my fists, trying to push the fury back down. I had no idea why I was feeling like this. Why was I so angry? It wasn’t like I’d never been upset with someone before. I had fired men, disciplined them, and crossed lines that I knew shouldn’t be crossed—but I had never felt this before. This wasn’t just frustration; this was something else entirely.“Don’t test my patience, Castiel,” I growled, my voice low but thick with the weight o

Castiel’s P.O.V I stepped out of the room, my heart thundering in my chest from having just escaped Damien’s clutches, but now…I had no idea where I was going. The corridors stretched out in front of me like a labyrinth, and I couldn’t see any sign of the familiar landmarks I had passed earlier. I cursed under my breath, wishing I hadn’t left my cell phone in my bag. It would’ve made things so much easier to just call Stephan and get me.But looking back at Damien’s shut door, I shook my head, backing away quietly. There was no way in hell I was going back into the lion’s den, no matter how desperate I was.I tried retracing my steps, but the marble floors and high, vaulted ceilings made everything look the same. The palace—no, mansion—was far bigger than I had imagined when we first arrived. My footsteps echoed loudly in the stillness, and it was almost unnerving like I was walking in such an eerie silence, with not a single soul in sight.I peered down a side hallway, hoping to spo

Castiel’s P.O.V Stephan was halfway through unpacking when I walked in. His long fingers expertly arranged his things on the table, and despite the calm exterior, I could see the tension in his posture. He looked up as I stepped inside, raising an eyebrow.“You’re done already?” he asked, his voice light, but there was that underlying curiosity in his eyes. “With the boss, I mean. How’d you do it so quickly?”I ran a hand through my hair, the movement almost automatic. The ‘meeting’ with Damien had left a bitter taste in my mouth. I had initially thought the same as Stephan, that he was calling me in for a quick release, or perhaps something to talk about. However, things had gone horribly wrong thanks to me and my stupid mouth.I could still feel it. His fingers wrapped around my neck, thick and choking. He had wanted me to submit, like I already hadn't sacrificed all of my dignity a

Castiel’s P.O.V The soft flicker of chandelier lights cast long shadows down the grand staircase, making the mansion's intricate woodwork look almost ghostly. I stood by Damien, keeping my eyes pried open at all times. Stephan’s earlier words were a reminder that we had enemies everywhere.I could feel the tension in my shoulders as I adjusted my grip on the railing, eyes scanning the room below us. We had been warned—tonight wasn’t just a welcome party. It was a trap, a game of deception and power.Stephan was a few steps ahead, his usually relaxed posture rigid tonight, like the weight of the world had settled on him. Damien was in front of us, leading the way with his usual calm, cold confidence. But I could sense something off about him tonight, a flicker of concern that I hadn't seen before.“Keep your eyes peeled, Cas,” Damien said, his voice low, meant only for me. “You remember what I ask

Castiel’s P.O.V The moment Reed’s back turned, I felt Damien’s hand close around my arm, fingers digging into the flesh. I flinched, my muscles tensing under the pressure, and I can’t help but wince. His grip is painful, like iron, and it only tightens as he yanks me closer."How do you know Reed?" he growls, his voice a low whisper that doesn’t reach Reed, but I can hear the menace in it. He’s not just curious. He’s angry. I swallow hard, trying to steady my breath. His eyes lock onto mine with a dangerous intensity, like he’s searching for a lie."I—I met him today," I say, my voice sounding weaker than I want it to. "In the hallway. I came out of your room, and I... I got lost trying to find my way to mine."Damien's eyes narrow, and I can feel his fingers digging deeper into my arm. The pain stings, but I grit my teeth, refusing to show any more weakness. "He was outside our room,

Castiel’s P.O.V The unease had been simmering in my gut since the moment I sat in between Reed and Damien at the dinner table. But when I felt his leg on mine, I couldn’t help but shift uncomfortably, trying to put as much distance between us as the space would allow.Reed moved his foot away, but something about the way he looked at me, like he was sizing me up, made my skin crawl.I tried to focus on the meal, cutting small pieces of roast chicken and pushing them around my plate, but every time I looked up, Reed was staring, a faint smirk tugging at his lips.Tonight, I had thought that it would be just a casual dinner with the bosses discussing business with none of us ‘side-kicks’ having anything to do with them, but the idea of sharing a table with them was unfamiliar and oppressive. The atmosphere was thick with uncertainty, Reed’s presence throwing everything off balance."Not hungry, Castiel?"

Castiel’s P.O.V I don’t remember how I found my way to the gardens; one minute I was roaming the endless deserted hallways, and the next, I was here. The Panther Syndicate’s estate might have been a gilded cage, but the gardens were illuminated by a golden glow, making it look almost ethereal. The only sounds came from the gentle rustle of leaves in the wind and the soft trickle of water from the fountain at the center. I walked slowly along the stone path, hands buried in my pockets, as I tried to steady the storm inside me. Here, surrounded by neatly trimmed hedges and vibrant flowers, I could finally breathe. My chest ached, a tight, burning sensation that wouldn’t go away no matter how much air I dragged in. Damien’s words from earlier echoed in my head, cruel and cutting as usual. He didn’t even have to raise his voice to hurt me; his cold tone did all the work. And yet, the pain wasn’t just from t

Damien’s P.O.V The tires of my car crunched over the gravel driveway, a familiar sound that usually filled me with a sense of calm. Today, however, the weight of the impending conversation with Castiel hung heavy in the air, pressing down on my chest like a stone. I could already feel the tension building, even before I stepped out of the car.As I made my way to the front door, I spotted Stephan pacing in the yard. His movements were sharp, almost frantic, and his eyes flicked to me the moment I reached the driveway. He didn’t waste a second. “He knows,” he blurted out, his voice edged with frustration.I raised an eyebrow. “How bad is it?” I asked, trying to keep my tone neutral despite the knot in my stomach.Stephan hesitated, glancing toward the house as if he were afraid the walls themselves might be listening. “I can’t say,” he muttered, stepping closer to me. “But

Damien’s P.O.V I step out of the car and feel the cold wind cut through my jacket, sharp and unforgiving. The house looms in front of me, a fortress of stone and steel, hidden in plain sight. My security team is already surrounding the perimeter, their eyes scanning every inch of the property. The tension in the air is palpable. Something feels off, even though nothing has happened yet.I approach one of the men stationed by the door, his eyes immediately snapping at me as I draw closer. I don't even need to speak; he knows why I'm here. He straightens up, his expression guarded.“Master Damien,” he greets me with a nod. “Everything’s secure, as per usual.”I don’t waste time with pleasantries. “How’s he doing? Gabriel. Has there been any change?”The guard hesitates for a split second, and I don’t miss it. They all know to be careful with their words when talking a

Castiel’s P.O.V I take a deep breath, staring at my plate, trying to push back the thoughts swirling in my head. Tanner’s words from earlier still hang in the air, and I can’t shake the feeling that there’s something he’s not telling me. Something he’s holding back.“It’s not like I’m surprised I’ve changed,” I finally say, breaking the silence between us. I look up at Tanner, meeting his gaze, and can’t help but let out a small laugh. “Meeting Damien was a life-changing event. It had to be. I mean, I didn’t exactly walk away from him unchanged. But things are different now.” I pause, thinking for a moment. “I think *he’s* the one who’s changed the most. And not in a way anyone was expecting.”Tanner nods slowly, his expression thoughtful. He takes another sip of his coffee, his eyes lingering on me as though he’s waiting for

Castiel’s P.O.V I wake up, groggy from the haze of sleep, and immediately notice Damien’s absence beside me. The bed feels too wide, too empty without him. The sheets, however, are still warm, a comforting reminder that he was just here, just moments ago.A soft frown tugs at my lips as I stretch, my muscles sore in the best way—a reminder of everything we shared last night. I can still feel the lingering heat of his touch, the imprint of his affection on my skin. I reach up to touch my neck instinctively, wincing slightly as my fingers brush over a love bite. There’s a collection of them, little reminders scattered across my body, like his silent claim on me.Rolling out of bed, I take a deep breath, still unsure of what time it is, but I can already feel the pang of concern creeping in. Damien doesn’t usually slip away so quietly. The quietness feels too much like a warning, even though I know he’d never in

Castiel’s P.O.VWhen Damien told me that he wanted lots of ‘practice’, he wasn’t kidding.I never imagined that surrender could feel so complete until Damien showed me this side of our passion. I sit on a comfortable chair, my wrists securely bound with soft leather straps, and I can’t help but shiver with anticipation. The room is dim except for a single mirror positioned perfectly before me, reflecting every inch of our shared desire. I close my eyes for a moment, trying to steady the quickened beat of my heart, and then I feel his presence behind me—firm, insistent, and utterly commanding.“Castiel,” Damien murmurs, his voice low and rough with intent. “Tonight, I want you to watch every move, every shift of pleasure in your own eyes.”I gasp, a mix of apprehension and excitement surging through me. Even now, as my hands are restrained, his words remind me how deeply he understands my need for vulnerability. I turn my head slightly, catching a glimpse of the mirror. There I am—nake

Castiel’s P.O.VI was still reeling from the closeness of Damien’s presence as I lay there, half in awe and half overwhelmed by the intense heat of the moment, my thoughts scatter like leaves in the wind when his steady, measured voice cut through the haze. “So… is that really what you want?” he asks, his tone gentle but insistent.I blink, trying to focus on his eyes, still alight with a mix of desire and genuine care. My body is alive with the sensations of his touch, and even now, with him straddling me and his shaft buried inside me and his passion still evident, I feel a complex mix of longing and uncertainty. “What do you mean?” I manage, my voice catching slightly as I search his face for clues. The air between us is thick and heavy with unspoken possibilities.Damien shifts slightly, his eyes locking onto mine with a seriousness that belies the intimacy of our position. “I mean… do you want children?” he says softly, almost as if testing the waters of our shared future. “Not r

  • The Kingpin's Captive (Omegaverse)   Chapter 123: If I were an Omega…

Castiel’s P.O.VThe quiet of the house was starting to feel heavy, oppressive even, as the minutes stretched on and Damien still hadn’t come back to bed. I couldn’t shake the nagging feeling in my chest—something about the way he’d seemed so distant earlier, so wrapped up in his work, unsettled me. I knew how he could get when he threw himself into his responsibilities, but tonight felt different. Maybe it was because I wasn’t used to him not being beside me, the space between us feeling larger than it should.Or maybe it was the lingering fear that still pressed in my mind that I had come so close to losing him, losing what we had, that being apart from him was suddenly an unsettling thought.I never thought I would get this dependent on someone, this addicted and clingy. But it seems like fate had others plans for me.After what seemed like an eternity, I finally decided to check on him. The hallway w

Castiel’s P.O.VThe night air was cool, a gentle breeze rustling the leaves around the pool as I sat there, letting my thoughts drift. The soft glow of the water reflected the lights of the estate, casting a peaceful glow over the surroundings. The buzz of activity from the house had quieted, leaving only the hum of crickets and the occasional rustling of the leaves in the wind.Damien had retreated back to his office after dinner, diving into business as usual. It was almost like a routine for him, though I knew it was more than that. He had a lot on his shoulders, and sometimes I wondered if he ever allowed himself to just relax. But for now, he was doing what he did best—keeping everything running smoothly, making sure the empire he built didn’t falter.I leaned back against the edge, the soft sound of the water lapping at the edge of the pool soothing in its own way. There was a part of me that couldn’t shake the weig

  • The Kingpin's Captive (Omegaverse)   Chapter 121: Moving Forward Without Fear

Castiel’s P.O.VI listened in silence, letting Damien’s words sink in. The complexity of the bond between him and Elijah began to take shape in my mind, a twisted tangle of past events, pain, and unspoken grudges. I could see now that it wasn’t just a rivalry built on power or status—it was something far deeper, far more personal. Both of them were victims in their own ways, but in the end, it was their refusal to understand each other that had driven them to where they were now.Elijah could have been an ally, I thought. He could have stood beside Damien, two powerful forces working together. Instead, he had chosen a path of blame, one that cast Damien as the villain in a tragedy that was never his fault. It wasn’t fair, but nothing about their situation ever had been. I couldn’t help but wonder how different things could have been if Elijah had simply seen the bigger picture. The silence stretched between us
