"My Lady... Wake up!"

Mirra shook my left shoulder in hopes that I would get up.

"Leave me alone, Mirra." I let out a groan as I rolled on my other side to give her my back.

I heard Mirra sigh before I felt the covers getting snatched off of my body.

"Mirra!" I warned but she wouldn't even let me speak as she grabbed both of my hands and pulled me up in a sitting position.

"It is a very important day for you, My Lady. You need to get up."

"What important day?"

Mirra lifted her left eyebrow at me.

"The younger royals want to spend the day with you, My Lady. I had already told you that the night before. Don't you remember?"

I reached out to pinch the bridge of my nose with a sigh.

I don't remember having a conversation with Mirra at all. I was so upset and angry at Prince Barlion that I had a massive headache, one big enough to force me in to bed as soon as I returned to my chambers.
