Scene 5 : Father

"All right, I will go to my room and rest a little before dinner arrives." Agnelia kissed Lilian's cheek and went out.

She herself was amazed when the last time she kissed her little princess.

For the first time, Agnelia did it awkwardly. However, seeing Lilian's normal reaction, made Agnelia quickly adjust herself. She was her mother after all. As long as her child not rejecting her or looking embarrassed and awkward, Agnelia would be happy to improve their relationship

Swarvis reported that dinner was ready.

Lilian half-heartedly went to the dining room.

When she saw his father, Noland. Lilian kissed his cheek.

Even though Noland slightly surprised, he smiled and patted her arm.

"Yes a bit. It would be better if Father was often at home."

Noland did not stay longer after Lilian had fallen asleep at that time. He was busy as hell. But he started paying attention to his child.

During this time, he had never felt worried leaving Lilian alone. But seeing her heartbreaking cry at that moment, his image about Lilian in his head was shattered into pieces. And Noland suddenly felt like a failure father.

From his wife story, Noland could understand a loneliness that Lilian felt.

In the past, whether Noland was aware or not, he himself distanced himself from his two childrens. He wanted his two child to grow independently like other noble children. Agnelia must be on Noland's side and help him in social relations. She couldn't live in here that was so far from the capital.

Lilian shook her head. "Tomorrow I have to go back to the academy. If you let me, I will find time to play at the main mansion and disturb you two as often as possible."

Arthur frowned as he entered the dining room. His father was laughing and stroking Lilian's head.

He was a prince, so the Duke couple couldn't do anything as they wish.

Although he kept talking to their parents, Lilian felt his gaze fixed on her.

Michael seemed to test Lilian's limits. He saw the girl twitching from earlier. Finally, Lilian could not take it anymore.
