Chapter 607 The Trip Wasn't in Vain

"Hello, you must be El!" When Linda had been abroad, she'd often visited the orphanage. She prided herself on being an approachable person.

She bent down in front of Elvin and smiled. "I heard that you're very intelligent."

Elvin said nothing. His guard was still completely up.

Linda didn't mind. After all, Elvin was Stephen's son, so it was only normal that he had a strange character.

She reached her hand out to Elvin. "I'm Linda Mitchell. You can call me Linda."

Elvin glanced at her hand, but he had no intention of taking his hand out of his pocket.

Linda smiled rather awkwardly and looked at Yvonne. "Yvonne, your son has quite the personality."

Yvonne cleared her throat. "Elvin, be polite." No matter what, she couldn't let her son be rude.

Elvin reluctantly greeted her back, saying, "Hello, Linda."

"That's more like it!" Linda replied happily. She patted Elvin on the head. "You're a good kid. I brought you a present. See if you like it or not."

"Thank you," Elvin replied
