Chapter 38 - Snatched and Taken

The fifth day came and the whole day, there was no Boss Dar, who visited or called Gerthel again. Feeling so low of herself for being replaced so immediately, Gerthel prepared for her escape during the night. She has a plan already after checking a few spots in and out of the mansion premises.

She did not get out of her room the whole afternoon. She was actually preparing for her escape. She put three short dresses and underwear in a small pouch and tucked it underneath a picnic basket where she put on top some fruits, soda, bottled water, one plastic of bread, and a few chocolate bars.

She then waited for eight o’clock in the evening before she went down, wearing black leggings and the only sweatshirt, she saw in the file of clothes inside the cabinet, which were all she guessed coming from Boss Dar.
