Starting to become slightly overwhelming as it was stale, and there was something metallic in the air. When they got down to the great room, he saw that there were three rooms off of that. He motioned to all of the people to go into one of the rooms. Max took the room that was closest to him and the door. He walked straight right into the room, and he knew that he was right when he thought that this was like descending into hell.

Chapter 24Max walked out into the main room that led upstairs, and then he realized that he hadn't seen all the people go out when everybody had rushed up to the surface. As Max began to look around the room with just his flashlight, he could tell that there was already somebody else in the room even though they weren't actually there anymore. He could see the shadows of the woman that was hanging in the middle of the room. When the flashlight finally hit her body, he was absolutely horrified at what he saw. He not only ran outside of the rooms, but he also ran completely up to the top. That's when he actually had a moment to look into the face, and he only saw Deanna. Max walked away from her and began making the phone call talking to the station house social worker explaining the situation and how they wanted to be able to take the baby if it was possible. The woman on the other end knew exactly what he was talking about. She had over heard some of the radios comments. When he did get there he was ushered into their conference room and he passed out the folders to the three Deans of the different academies. Max had been surprised the entire night. Everybody had been on their best behavior when they actually saw Deanna standing next to him. And then of course the two kids.
