The blood

Caleb felt really strange, his entire body felt like it wasn't his anymore but not in a bad way. His wolf was stronger. Moreover, his wolf wasn't supposed to be conscious already. The wolfsbane in his system meant that they were supposed to pass out. Lily went closer to him and touched his fur, she trailed her fingers along them to calm his wolf. It was the first time seeing his wolf and she was scared but she didn't let it get to her.

With this, Caleb changed back to his human form which was not painful. He fell on Lily’s chest and she wrapped her hands around him. Caleb took the moment to pull her closer to him and take in her sweet scent. The duo stayed in that position until Caleb disengaged.

“What is in your blood?” He asked.

Lily shook her head. She did not know anything about her blood. It was her father that made her know she was a healer. Aside from that she didn't know anything. All she knew was being a healer. It was crazy that her blood helped him shift to his wolf form
