Lily retaliation

Alexa walked out of Lily’s room when she went to the bathroom to have a warm bath. She went into Caleb’s room. She met him on the couch with his legs crossed. He was drawing something on the drawing pad. Alexa didn't dare look at what he was doing rather she fixed her eyes to the floor.

“I have given her the things,” she said.

Caleb's brush paused, he flicked his eyes before continuing his drawing. He said nothing in response nor did he give any reaction.

“We didn't have any period care in the house, how did you get them, sir?” Alexa asked.

Again, Caleb paused.

He wondered where the audacity to ask him questions came from. He said nothing as well. He continued his drawing like it wasn't him she was speaking to.

“I will leave now, sir.”
