7: Heartbreak

My clinical training would begin this week at St. Louis Hospital, the only hospital affiliated with the University of Oxford in the state, and for the next eight weeks, I would learn and work three days a week. At the end of the eight weeks, I will receive a report on my performance, which I will take to the university, and my grade will be recorded.

I discussed this with Lyon, and he agreed that his driver, Yao, would bring me over for affirmation today. I came in to meet with the head surgeon at the hospital, Dr Julian Bassey.
