Elora gulped, looking into his serious grey eyes. Trying to find any hint of humour to find nothing.

His was growing impatient. His right leg shaking. And she just moved her head in a no. Clenching her fists in front of her chest.

His stare didn't waver and next she knows he grabs her wrists to pull them away from her front. A tug of war begins between them.

" You will demon girl! I need to dress your wounds!"

" I won't! I can do it myself!"

" You can't!Your hands are wounded as well!"

" You stay still! Did I ask you to move?"

" Shhhhh"

He presses his finger on her lip and she stills. Her heart thudding rapidly in her chest. Their eyes again lock with each other and they feel that undying connect.

" I am your husband. There is nothing to be shy about."

" Now hurry up before it gets infected. I can't deal with you getting a sceptic."

And that's when she surrendered to his request. Knowing he was too adamant to agree to anything she said.
