"What's the problem?" Evelyn asked glaring at the doctors who were talking amongst themselves. Some time ago she overheard the group saying he may possibly need surgery after wheeling him into a medical room. But since then no one had entered the room, apart from a nurse that would occasionally glance through the window at the man, and pop in the room for a minute.
"Well Ma'am the problem is he has no form of identification, you don't know who he is either, we don't know if he has insurance, we don't know who to bill, we don't even know if he has the funds to pay for any of this. The costs are going to be fairly significant. Even if he does have insurance, chances are he will still have to pay a hefty sum of money."
