Chapter 69

Natalie

She woke up to the sound of some beautiful music and was intrigued. She remembered how the night had passed. She would be lying if she said that she had not been happy last night. Theodore was sincere, and true to his word. She had seen it in his eyes.

She got out of the bed, and followed the sound. It was not coming from his room or his study, but then there was no musical instrument there.

She took a left to his gym, but there was another door which was ajar, and Natalie wondered why she had never decided to take a tour of his house.

The sound was loud now, and Natalie peeked in. There he was. Theo sat there beside the piano, in his pajamas and t-shirt, and was playing with utter focus. His fingers were nimbly moving on the keys, and his eyes cast down, his face serene, and his stance relaxed. His music was effortless, and beautiful. Natalie found herself slipping into the pleasure.

There were days when Natalie wondered why didn’t she love Theodore. He is perfect for a man.
