Theodore

He was avoiding every call. From his parents, Alice, Jonathan, Lionel, everyone. So, he wasn’t surprised when he found Jonathan at his door.

Theo exited his car and started walking towards the door as if it was usual seeing his brother there. He was in for a berating, and he didn’t care.

“Stop right there, Theo.” Jonathan’s voice warned him, but he really didn’t care. The woman he loved was pushing him away. He had broken off his engagement. The tabloids were calling him a cheat. His parents were angry for calling off a wedding whose preparations were undergoing. His sister-in-law was furious for upsetting her friend. His brother was ready to teach him a lesson. No one was really ready to calm down and ask him what was the reason.

So, Theo kept walking. But then Jonathan’s hand landed on Theo’s shoulder and he turned away furiously.

“What is it, John? You wanna scold me? You wanna call me names for leaving Kim? Do it now. Come on. I am listening.”
