📞 Your dad wants you to come home. He said you would need to get married before he hands over his properties to you.

📞Mom I'm not ready to get married now. Tell Dad that I have proven myself as a worthy successor of all his properties. I don't want to get married yet.

 📞Aris we've talked about this... " I heard rattling and then my dad's voice 

📞Aris, I want you in the house before the end of this month, if you don't have a bride yet then I and your mother would find one for you. If you refuse to get married, then just know you won't be inheriting any of my properties. I will happily give it all to your cousin. Do you understand what I just said?

📞Yes father" I sighed as he hung up the call.

 Before month end? That's like three weeks from now.

"Was that your father?" Drew asked sitting down.

" Yeah who else? Damnit!! "

He laughed " Let me guess, he wants you to come home"

I gave him a nod and took a sip from my now cold coffee. 

Alright, let me fill you in alittle about myself. My name is Aris Micah, I'm twenty seven years old. And I'm the CEO of my father's company, Migold group of companies. Yup, we sell gold.

"So will you go back home?"

I glanced at Drew and shrug "You know my dad, always take his words seriously, who knows what he'll do if he doesn't see me by month end. "

   I arrived at Egypt in the afternoon, I couldn't go straight to Herakleopolis city and risk my identity so I disguised and ask a driver to take me to one of the Royal house outskirt town, then waited for nightfall. 

As i waited, I decided to soak in a bath and get enough rest my twenty four years old self could get because no one knows what father has in store for me next.

I took off my clothes then packed my long dark hair in a tight bun before heading to the bathroom.

    Yeah as an assassin, I learnt how to do stuff myself, so running a bath myself isn't a big deal. 

After filling the tub with hot water, I added my favourite vanilla scent to it and sunk into the tub. I sighed as the hot water soaked into my skin loosening the knots in my muscles.

   That night, I snuck into the palace and headed to my room. To the outside world, I haven't left the palace for once except when we're going on a Royal Journey. 

I felt someone's presence in the room as soon as I shut the door and knew it was Lauren, my close friend.

I pretended I didn't know and gave a small startled cry, just like a princess will do "Who's there!"

"Shhhh it's me Lauren, shut up before the guards comes to check on you"

I switch on the lights" What are you doing here? It's late already"

" I know it's late! That's why I'm here, I was worried about you. Anyways so how's Jason?"

Okay so, Lauren is actually a maid, she's my childhood friend. She doesn't know I'm an assassin, to her, I usually sneak out to Jason's place to have fun.

I lay in bed sleeping the next day when my room door opened.

I jerked upright, alerted and saw it's dad

"Morning dad" I greeted and fell back to bed.

"What are you still doing in bed Safiya? Why didn't you go for training?"

I groaned, arghh dad come on, I'm not a guy but instead I distracted him by saying "Dad, my mission was accomplished"

He smiled "That's my girl, I actually came here to give you another assignment"

I sat upright " Who is it this time father?"

He smiled " I want you to go Kill Aris Micah.. every information you would want about him, is in this envelope."
