CHAPTER ONE HUNDRED AND _  THREE

ALPHA DEREK'S POV

"Why do you seem lost?" I asked Sally.

She seems withdrawn as if she wasn't listening to me, as if I wasn't even there.

"I am sorry. I was just a bit bothered about you", she replied. "What happened at the meeting today? I'm sure you need rest, why not come over to the room so I'll give you a massage?" She asked me.

I knew she didn't want me to punish the servants. I wouldn't give her that, at least not today. I was accused of something huge, they had the guts to bring in the letter later, and still had the effrontery to enter my room and pick it up, then trash it. They didn't even bother that I was going to kill them if I found out.

I could remember vividly that I had placed the letter neatly on the table for reading later. How come it wasn't there anymore?
