CHAPTER ONE HUNDRED AND FORTY TWO

ALPHA DEREK'S POV

The council of elders, or the night-walking creatures and supernatural beings, were to have their meeting today with the alphas and my parents. I knew the meeting would start by four pm so I decided to eat something before then so I would leave the house.

I had other plans, apart from just ruining the meeting, I had a master plan, which I was sure would work for me if I put it into practice. Ruining their meeting was just one thing that wouldn't pay me. It would be better if I allowed them to have their meeting in fear.

I was certain that throughout their stay in the meeting room, they would startle and get tensed at the slightest footstep or shadow, close to the meeting room.

I walked into the kitchen, and began searching the place with my eyes. I thought that once I entered the kitchen since it was supposed to be for food, I would see plates of food lying around the place, but I was wrong. The things I saw there were not even making any sense to me.
