Chapter 91: Audacity

ARIA'S POV

My eyes watered, all thanks to the heat that was being emitted from the burning buildings. Anthony has taken off to fight off the warriors that have invaded the pack.

I went around, looking for ways to get women and children to safety, away from the choking smoke and the fiery flames that rose up into the air.

Anthony was still in sight, fighting warriors off with anger and rage, probably wondering the same thing I was wondering.

Who had done this? Who would dare? Then I saw the only person that my mind had been pricking me about—the only person I had on the list of people who could dare this. There he was.

He had warriors all around him racing towards Anthony. There was no way I was letting him get to Anthony!

I charged at him and his warriors, knocking off the ten of his warriors at his left hand side with one clean swipe of my claws. The other five on the right came charging at me. But if I could take down ten in one swipe, what was five?
