Chapter 92: A dose of pain

Jake has been anxious ever since he printed the invitation for the party. He was celebrating the new moon and he wanted every Pack to be present.

I don't know if he was trying to show off his wealth, or power, but he has been hassling all the domestic staff to make sure that everything was perfect. The party was not even yet here and he was acting as if it was the most important thing in his life.

I didn't know the reason at first until I found out that he had invited Crescent Pack, and inviting them meant that Alpha Xavier and Kira would be present with her bastard child.

We had an argument about that, but he said that he was not going to change it and that they were going to be present there.

I felt so angry. Why won't he listen to me? I know the only reason he invited them was not because they were the strongest Pack, or because Alpha Xavier was the strongest Alpha in the werewolf region, but because of Kira.

I don't know what Jake is planning, but I have a very bad feeling
