63. A new mystery

EMILY POV

"Mr. Robbins would like to see you now, Mrs. Emily," one of the household waiters said.

"Did you hear some voices just now?" I whispered.

"I heard none. Please, let's head to the dining hall," he replied. I gawked at him because his denial seemed implausible.

I felt uneasy as I followed him to the dining hall. My body grew hot and I felt curious. Something seems wrong and the entire Robbins Estate looked suspicious to me.

The estate was so large and I wondered if people had ever been to all the areas on the land. There was no doubt that the Robbins family were rich but an estate was not so necessary.

"Can I talk to you for a sec?" I asked Leo the minute I saw me discussing with some other guests. He nodded and I pulled him to a corner of the room.

"I just heard some suspicious voices in the garden. I know it might seem unbelievable but things are going on in this house that you do not know," I said with bated breath.

"What did you hear?" he asked, folding his arms over hi
