Chapter 56 Burst of Radiance

Seth had eroded the distance between himself and Edith. He loved the woman in front of him so much, but his wolfish desires were eager to vent his anger that had been held back since Edith's return.

"I, Luna Edith, would like to apologize for my mistakes. I am ready to accept the consequences of every mistake I have made."

"For quitting the pack and your Alpha, I feel like 'punishing' you. Although I have the ability to, it won't affect you. You'll desert me once more, I'm sure of it."

"I won't do it again, I promise!" said Edith with conviction.

"Do you miss me?"

Editor yawned. She did not anticipate Seth would inquire in this manner. She imagined herself being placed under home arrest or, at the worst, being imprisoned in the cellar.

"Why are you daydreaming, let's answer quickly!" Seth grinned.

"Yes" Edith squeaked.

Even though her body was now extremely tense, at least she could still tell the truth. She recoiled at Seth's forceful accent and deep voice.
