After a long and tiring day, I was returning to my home when I saw my red Audi from my personal collection on the road. It came out of my home and it took me no time to guess who came here. My heart begun to hammer loudly inside my chest. It could only be Emily because no one else can use my cars without my permission and I had parked it in the garage at my residence.

As soon as the driver pulled the brakes in front of the house, I climbed out and ran inside the house. Adeline’s mother is unaware of Emily’s existence and if it’s Emily then our truth was out already.

I met with complete silence in the house, it was eerie. I looked around but found no one. Adeline’s car was parked outside means she must be in her room. So, without wasting another second, I rushed towards her room and within seconds, I barged inside, without a knock.
