Penny was speaking to someone from Leo’s former workplace. He had left behind some stuff that no one had ever bothered getting rid of, and they had contacted her the minute they heard she was overseeing his funeral.

Penny immediately raced over and retrieved Leo’s belongings from a pile of various bits and bobs.

She held the box in her arms and walked along the river, making her way back to Union Square.
