Penny’s work was going smoothly, and she had finished discussing things with the suppliers. She was just about to prepare to head to Union County tomorrow when suddenly, a few of her collaborating companies called. Their tones were hesitant.

“Ms. Sullivan, we’re sorry, but we suddenly received notice that we can't process your order. Please find another company.”

Penny wanted to ask for more details, but the caller hung up.

She answered four calls in total, all of them canceling orders.
