She abruptly reached her arms out and wrapped them around her neck.

“Caleb.”

Caleb was still standing by the car then, and he felt his heart melting as she hugged him.

“You’ve become much more clingy this time round, Penny.”

Caleb stood by the car and did not bother closing the passenger’s door.

He held her face in his hands and gazed at her for a whole minute before bending forth to kiss her on the lips.
