Luke's POV.

I watched as Diana picked some clothes from the mall as she admired them all. She squealed in happiness after wearing some of the dresses. She looked so pretty in them.

She raised the dress at me, and then I nodded my head since it looked so good on her.

"Miriam." I called her name as she looked back at me. The fact that she was adopting this life. She didn't even know that her real name was Diana.

There was no way I would tell her also.

"I bumped into someone earlier. The way she looked at me felt like she knew me from somewhere. Everything about her felt oddly familiar also." Diana muttered to me.

This was the reason why I didn't want to take her out. I didn't want her to be recognized by someone. That was what I feared the most.

"Just get what you want to take, and let's get out of this place. What was the person who tried to kill you? What if your enemies find out that you are alive?" I had to mention this to her again.
