Diana's POV.

It has been up to ten minutes, and Ryan was yet to pick up the call. This was the period I needed him the most. What was he doing?

How did Luke even get to have his number? Were the two of them acquainted before? There were a lot of questions bothering me right now.

Maybe I should just send a text instead! I tapped on the message box and then wrote, 'This is Diana. I am currently at Winston Street. Don't call back this number, please, because I am about to escape. Please come and rescue me.' That was the text message I had sent to him.
