A Mark of Love

Penn pulled away slightly. 

“What are you doing?” I asked.

“I have to calm down or I’ll mark you.”

“Do it.”

Penn’s glowing green eyes widened before lunging for my neck again. Still he fought off the urge. 

“Zelda...if you don’t mean this, I can’t take it back.” Although we were talking, his thrusts stayed at the same pace. 

“I said I was yours.” I moaned. “So take me Penn.”

I wasn’t scared this time. Penn wasn’t Cedric. I was giving him permission. He loved me and this would show the world that he did. 

Penn’s hand slipped under neck, tilting it up. The glowing in his eyes was brighter than ever. I closed my eyes as he leaned down.

I held him tightly as his teeth fully penetrated my neck. I tried to focus on the pleasure of making love as opposed to the pain of his bite.
