James escorted Kaira and Enzo out of the room, as Calix remarked, "I'm bringing them along with me. Your work with them stops right now. I'm taking charge of these two."
One of his father's men was quick to turn against him, not easily falling for what he said. "But your father's order is to keep them here. I am sorry that I cannot allow that."
And he was ready for a retort for that. He knows that his father's men were not stupid enough to easily let go of their captives. "Are you losing sight of who you are and who I am around here? I've had specific orders from the boss to take them with me," he growled.
He is showing authority to the men in front of them. James and him need to be able to bring Kaira and Enzo along with them without anyone questioning their intentions or causing a stir that would immediately alert
