Mother in law

Faiysha (the name of the fairy goddess) stopped near the shore of a river flowing through the Valhalla. She looked at her reflection in the water. Grey hair, wrinkled face, and thin body greeted her. She is losing her powers at a rapid pace and her body lost its forever youth full looks. But despite all of this, she is not sad. She is now living with the man whom she loved for so many centuries. Now her dream came true, and she is happy.

She married her man Ares two years ago in an intimate ceremony only meant for the bride and the groom. They accepted their fate and were ready to face everything the lord bestows upon them. She is sure she will find Ares in her next life and would live a normal and happy life.

Soft, almost noiseless footfalls of her daughter in law made the fairy goddess smile. She knows she doesn't have much time left to live. She is not sure if she could ever see her grandchildren. But she has a chance to spend time with her daughter in law Lola.
