Freya’s POV

As I lay in bed, the weight of my nightmares pressing down on me, I couldn't help but feel a deep sense of confusion. The rumors about my parents' death echoed in my mind, each one contradicting the last. How did they truly die? Why was there so much secrecy surrounding it?

Being an Omega in the Crestine pack, I had always felt like an outsider. But now, as the wife of the dragon clan prince, I had found a new home and a sense of belonging. Yet, these nightmares threatened to unravel the peace I had finally found. I woke up with a jolt, feeling a sharp pain in my back.
