Chapter 47 Handling the situation

Jessica received treatment at a hospital.She was transferred to a ward and the doctor assured her that her wound wasn’t serious.It did require some stitches though.

But she had only fainted because of excessive panic and tension.

“You’re awake.”Maria let out and hurried up to her bedside.”Oh my dear,I was worried you wouldn’t survive.How am I supposed to live with my only daughter?”

“Oh cut it out.Eugene isn’t here,there’s no need to pretend anymore.”Sarah snapped then she crossed her arms and asked Maria.”So how are you going to handle this situation?”
