Selene’s POV

It had been two days since I was locked in this very room, barely moving, or saying anything.

The only time I actually talked with anyone was when the pack healers came in with her usual dosage of herbs, she would force me to take it, because she felt whatever must have happened might reverse, and it might be the goddess giving me time to heal before she took away her blessing.

I was fed herbs and meat constantly, and I was made to view the pack from only a small opening at the side of the tent that I was placed in.

It had also been two days since I felt my wolf last, I didn’t have the courage to confide in her, I could afford to be stigmatised because of it, everyone would treat me differently if their knew my wolf was dead, and if I was going to help Lucian in any way, I needed to live a different life.
