Chapter 56

Dark and cold.

She shivered from both the unknown and the freezing temperature.

Wren cried silently, her vision blocked by a cloth as well as her mouth in order to restrain her screams. She felt petrified, helpless with her tied limbs.

She didn't know how long she has been there or how long she will stay.

"I see you're finally awake." spoke a man sinisterly.

Wren tried to move away from the sound but she failed miserably as she felt the cold rough texture of the wall hit her back.

She felt hands go around her head, the young Luna gained back her vision gradually.

It was so cold and secluded, made of pure rocks and pitch black, if it wasn't for the few candles lit around, it would be hard to decipher where your own face is.

She slowly looked up at the man sitting in front of her, Wren tried to bring her knees to her chest even further if possible.

"You're such a beautiful lady, aren't you?" he smirked sending a shiver of disgust down her spine.

Wren couldn't say anything, she only sat
