Chapter 6

Jessy's POV

The demon alpha gave a mysterious laughter.

"Are you joking?" He asked.

I saw my father look around and I know what that means.

"Don't even dare to bite more than what you can chew," he said with a stiff smile.

" Tell us what you want," my father said.

"Well I want you to cut off your contract with the Pine pack and leave them alone" he said.

" That's not possible. You don't have any right to meddle in things that don't concern you. It is not your territory" father spat out.

The demon Alpha cocked a brow. I noticed that something seemed different about him. I didn't see anything that connoted fierceness in him. So I have doubts.

"It borders me," he said.

"That doesn't make it yours so leave" my father said.

I was expecting war but the man just smiled and turned to leave. Father then brought out his claws and attacked him. This was when I knew the man wasn't an ordinary man. He wasn't even caught off guard. He grabbed father by the neck and snapped it without a second thought.

"No!!!" I shouted from where I was.

I couldn't take this anymore. This man killed my father over what I don't even think belongs to him. I was sure I'm going to kill him. I was so furious. I ran to the door forgetting that it was locked. I then ran through the secret passage of the pack house at my wolf speed.

Fight already broke out outside because I could hear noise and bones being cracked. By the time I got outside because it's a long route, there was no sign of the demon Alpha. They've beaten everyone blue black but killed none aside my father who was lying down lifeless. I ran to my father and cried.

My father is everything I've got. Since mother died, things have not been the same and now father too is gone.

The pack physicians came to me and took my hand away from his body. They examined him and shook their heads at me. I wailed loudly and bitterly. My brother and Alec were injured badly too but they could still survive. I then without thinking ran after the carriage they brought. I was going to kill that demon with my bare hands. I won't spare him.

I shifted back to my wolf and ran like a mad wolf following the carriage. In no time I caught up with the carriage but they already camped.

"You fools, I'm going to end your lives," I said to myself.

I saw them eating and talking.

"That fool thought I was the demon Alpha" the man who killed my father said and the other four with him laughed.

I was so ashamed of my pack because just five men took out our warriors like they were nothing. This was really a stain on our pride. The worst part is that the demon Alpha wasn't even there with them. Then if this is just the demon Alpha's men, how then will the demon Alpha fight.

Even with this new knowledge I still want to kill the man who killed my father like he is a goat. I want to make him die like a chicken and be mocked that he was killed by a shewolf with all his powers. I don't need to know the demon Alpha but I'll surely deal with this.

I know they've sensed my presence. My wolf came out with pride. They looked at me as if I was nothing and this angered my wolf.

"Hey woman, what do you want?" One of them asked me.

" Your lives" I growled.

They burst into laughter as if I were making a very funny joke. This was riling my wolf's anger.

"How dare you laugh at me?" I used my Alpha voice.

Well since they are not in my pack, it didn't really have an effect on them but they paused and looked at me dazed. I know they didn't expect me to be an Alpha wolf.

"Young woman, go home," one said.

"We don't fight women," the one who killed my father said.

" I'm no woman" I growled.

I know they were looking down on me. They didn't know I'm a female warrior. They are not even Alphas because an Alpha will never pause at another Alpha's voice. He would rather return the voice.

They didn't say anything, they just watched what I was going to do. With my fast speed, I rushed at one and bit a pound of flesh from his leg. He screamed in pain. That was when the rest knew I wasn't joking. I then faced the one who killed my father.

"You killed my father and I'll end you" I said furiously. If it was possible smoke would have been coming out of my head. The flames of anger.

"Oh" that was what the guy said and if I could get more angry I would.

With what I've done the guys were not even taking me seriously but I noticed they were well prepared for me. I was waiting for the right time to attack. Then I launched an attack on the man who was my target but what shocked me and my wolf is that he caught me by the neck. I wondered how his hand could hold my Alpha wolf.

Well a female Alpha wolf, I'm not really a big one but a strong one. That doesn't explain how he caught me. I was choking. The men are truly demons. It was now I got to believe that they were really from hell.

"I would have killed you if the Alpha hadn't warned us against killing women and pups" he said to me with his eyes shocking with great animosity.

"What will you do with her?" One asked.

"Take her to the alpha. You know she already knows that I'm not the Alpha. The Alpha would determine what will happen to her" he replied.

That was the last thing I remembered.

Bounce's POV

"Did I tell you to kill the man?" I shouted.

My men came back with their feedback. I knew there was going to be a fight but I didn't expect them to kill the leader. He is my own to kill, not theirs. That man was one of the people who made me suffer.

"Alpha, he wanted to kill me" he said with his head bowed.

I couldn't get too angry because I was the one who said that they shouldn't spare anyone that attempted to kill them but I wanted that man. He shouldn't die like a chicken. I want each of my enemies to be butchered and flared. I was glaring at Moi.

"I'm really sorry Alpha. I didn't know I shouldn't kill him" Moi apologised.

I could remember when I found Moi. He has been the one standing beside me like my Beta. That year when I saw Moi, I was just heading to my tenth year. I didn't even have my wolf. I was wandering around like I've been doing for the past two years. Then I got to Moi's pack. I had begged a woman for food.

I know you would be wondering why I didn't settle in a pack. Yes I didn't want a pack to claim me. I don't want to swear my oath to any Alpha. I wanted to gather my own pack. I had walked to their pack very hungry and exhausted. Moi was there when I asked for food. The woman refused to give me food but Moi took me and gave me food. He accommodated me in his house for days before I started out again for my unknown journey. I told him all my story but not my plan. He told me he was going to stand by me and help me in whatever plans I have. He fulfilled all his promises to me. He even gave me a lot of money that would help sustain me. So I'm really grateful to him.
