Earlier, Delbert had just driven out of the underground parking lot when he witnessed the scene of Vernon holding onto Harriet. Anger and jealousy had instantly consumed him.

Knowing that he was upset, Harriet earnestly explained, "Delbert, listen to me. Vernon did it on purpose. He was trying to ruin our relationship."
